For shipments in Italy, Bianco nuvola will deliver the products to the courier within 24-48 working hours (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays) from the successful receipt of payment. Delivery times are 24/48 hours for Italy, 48/72 hours for the islands (Sardinia, Sicily, and smaller islands).
During the Christmas period, deliveries may be delayed compared to the delivery date indicated during the order process.

The purchased goods will be delivered to the shipping address specified by the buyer at the time of purchase. The buyer will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking number to monitor the delivery.

The shipping cost is €6.90 per order, regardless of the weight of the products or the number of products.
For orders over €79, shipping will be FREE.

*(Only for smaller islands, the shipping cost will be €10 regardless of the order amount)


Only if you choose to pay on delivery, a surcharge of €5 will be applied, and in this case, payment must be made exclusively in cash.

The packaging is transparent so that the goods are visible from the outside.

To initiate the return procedure, you must perform the following operations:

Send an e-mail to info@bianconuvolahome.it specifying the purchase order number.
Once the request is received, our Staff will send a confirmation e-mail containing the return authorization.
The returned product must reach Bianco Nuvola Home within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date the Customer communicated the withdrawal. The responsibility for shipping the returned goods lies with the Customer.
There are various ways to return the goods:

Bianco Nuvola Home will provide the shipping label, which only needs to be printed and attached to the package (in this case, the return costs will be automatically deducted from the refund amount);
via a trusted national courier. The receipt must be kept until the refund is received;
at any Poste Italiane office (it is preferable to use a trackable method or one that in any case provides for the issuance of a receipt; ordinary or priority mail is not recommended). The receipt must be kept until the refund is received.
The return costs are borne by the Customer and vary depending on the rates applied by the appointed couriers or Poste Italiane. It is advisable to insure the shipment against theft and transport damage. If the returned product has not been insured, in case of damage or loss during transport, Bianco Nuvola reserves the right to charge for any damages incurred by deducting them from the amounts to be refunded.

RETURN CONDITIONS

For the Staff to accept the return request, the following conditions must be met:

the products must be in the same condition as shipped and must be packaged, if possible, using our packaging;
the goods must not have been used or, in any case, altered in any other way.
All received documents must be included in the package. Finally, it should be noted that, according to Italian law, the right of withdrawal can only be exercised by consumers, i.e., by individuals who purchase products for purposes not related to their professional activity.

RETURN PROCESSING

Once the good condition of the returned products has been ascertained, within 14 days of receiving the goods, Bianco Nuvola Home will proceed with the refund. The Customer is responsible for shipping the returned goods. Shipping costs and any customs clearance costs are at their expense.
Once the return arrives at the warehouse, its contents are analyzed and the reason is identified. From the moment the return is accepted, the refund procedures begin.
If the Customer has returned an order paid by credit card, the refund will be credited to the card itself. The credit to the card will be available according to the terms provided by the issuing credit institution. The buyer will see it on their statement.
All refunds relating to orders for which bank transfer or cash on delivery was chosen are issued via bank transfer, therefore in this case, communication of the buyer's bank account details is required.

*Any accessory costs such as the Cash on Delivery service will not be refunded in case of Return.
REPLACEMENT OF DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR NON-CONFORMING ITEMS

If the Customer receives a defective product or one that does not conform to what was ordered, Bianco Nuvola undertakes to replace it free of charge as quickly as possible. Any defects and/or shipping errors must be communicated in writing within 3 days of receipt of the goods and necessarily proven by sending photos.
The courier will then collect the product, and once the goods have arrived at our premises, the replacement product will be shipped. The defective or non-conforming item must be returned complete, intact, in its packaging. The package must be prepared using, if possible, the same packaging, and including the appropriate copy of the sales document inside.
In case of unavailability of the replacement product, Home Palace will refund the buyer the entire amount of the order, including shipping costs.

ITEM REPLACEMENT WITH ANOTHER ITEM

If you wish to replace a purchased product for any reason, contact us and we will take care of everything! All you have to do is wait for the courier, to whom you must hand over the product to be replaced, properly packaged, if possible, using our packaging. After a few days, you will receive the new product at your home. The return costs are borne by the Customer and vary depending on the rates applied by the appointed couriers or Poste Italiane.


N.B. If the replacement product has a lower cost than the original product, the difference will be settled by issuing a voucher that can be used on www.bianconuvolahome.it
